The event, presented by Scotiabank, will raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Ontario.

“We are very excited to showcase an exhibition game with Cornwall’s local heroes from the Law Enforcement All-Stars” said former pro Mark Napier, executive director of the NHL Alumni.

“We cherish the chance to get together as alumni to play with old friends and promote the game of hockey across Ontario, all while raising money for a great cause.”

The senior Gretzky will be behind bench but also greeting local hockey fans along with with alumni stars.

The alumni game brings out a plenty of hockey skill and fun, delighting everyone who will be attendance.

There will also be a skills competition and “hilarious” on-ice practical jokes.

The alumni will also accompany participants in Law Enforcement Torch Run.

Scotiabank’s favourite play will be the Scotiabank Shoot for Cash, inviting a fan a chance to win a $2,500 investment product.

Fans are also encouraged to bring non-perishable foot items for the Agape Centre for a chance to win an alumni prize package at the game.

The game is at 2 p.m. and tickets can be bought by calling 1-877-431-0685.
