Walter Gretzky – Coach

Walter’s zest for life, love of sports, and appreciation of Gretzky fans have made him know as hockey’s most famous Father. This strong Canadians’ home town is Brantford Ontario and he is proud to be part of that community.

Denis Dupere  – Coach

He played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Washington Capitals, St. Louis Blues, Kansas City Scouts, and Colorado Rockies through his 9 year career. He was known as a defensive forward, who specialized in winning face offs

Dan Daoust

He was named to the NHL All Rookie team in 1983 after scoring 51 points in 48 games.

His gritty style led him to become a fan favourite in Toronto over his 8 seasons with the Maple Leafs

Bill Derlago

A successful junior career vaulted him up to the 4th overall draft pick by the Vancouver Canucks in 1978.The Hockey News had him rated as the Number 1 player coming out of the WHL ahead of such players like Joe Sakic and Scott Neidermayer.He was a consistent goal scorer, eclipsing 30 goals on 4 occasions

Brent Gretzky

This Brantford native was chosen 49th overall by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 1992 after registering 250 points over three seasons for the OHL’s Belleville Bulls. He holds the record for most points by two brothers in the NHL

Mike Pelyk

He was the 17th overall pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1964, and would go onto play 9 seasons for the franchise. In 1973-1974 he led all Maple Leaf Defensemen in scoring. His quickness as a skater made him into an all around defenseman

Gilbert Dionne

He was a member of the 1993 Stanley Cup Champion Montreal Canadiens. He was named to the NHL All Rookie Team in 1992. As a two way player, he would score 20 goals in a season twice

Todd Harvey

In 1993, Dallas selected this gritty forward 9th overall. In his 12 year NHL career, he amassed over 900 penalty minutes. He would play for Dallas, New York rangers, San Jose, and Edmonton

Makr Napier

This two time 40 goal scorer may be best known for his unique style of skating. He is a Two Time winner of the Stanley Cup with Montreal and Edmonton. He currently is the Executive Director of the NHL Alumni Association

Ryan Vandenbussche

In 1992, Toronto drafted him 173rd overall.He played a tough, robust style of game, as he accumulated over 700 penalty minutes over his career.He would play in Chicago, Pittsburgh and for the New York Rangers over his 10 year NHL career

Scott Walker

is currently the head coach of the Guelph Storm in the Ontario Hockey League. During his 17 seasons as a professional hockey player, Walker played in 829 regular season games in the National Hockey League where he scored 397 points

Rick Vaive

This maple Leaf Captain is a 3 time 50 goal scorer and the first in team history to do so

His stellar play led him to be selected as an All Star for 3 straight years .He would finish his career with 441 goals in 876 games

Mark Laforest – Goal

Signed by Detroit in 1983, he would go on to later play for Toronto, Philadelphia and Ottawa. He won the Aldege Bastien Memorial Award as the Top Goaltender in the AHL on two occasions

Dave Hutchison – Our Game Official

He played in 11 seasons in the NHL with Chicago and Toronto. He was a tough, rugged defenseman, who registered over 1500 penalty minutes during his 584 game career.
